Small Claims Fixed Fee Scheme

The financial limit for 'small claims' in the County Court is £10,000, and the winner in a claim of up to £10,000 will not be able to recover their legal fees from their opponent - other than in exceptional circumstances. Our 'Small Claim Fixed Fee Scheme' provides a fixed price structure for litigants, ensuring that legal costs are capped to agreed limits.
