Olivia is a trainee legal executive working in the dispute resolution team at Grimsby.
She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), and currently studies at the CILEX law school.
Olivia joined Wilkin Chapman in 2015, before joining the dispute resolution team in 2017. Working predominantly in landlord and tenant disputes, in the early stages of her career, she frequently represented both landlords and tenants in county court.

Olivia continues to work in landlord and tenant disputes, specialising in both residential and commercial leases. She can represent landlords in all aspects of housing disputes, including issuing notices, completing possession proceedings, and requesting bailiff eviction.
She has further expanded her work in property disputes to focus on neighbour, land, and boundary disputes. She also provides advice relating to loan disputes for property and land.
Olivia is particularly adept in criminal defence cases. She specialises in motoring offences, offering advice in respect of speeding, totting up bans, and drink-driving offences. Her criminal defence work also sees her organising representation for magistrates’ hearings nationally.
