About Hannah

Hannah graduated with a 2:1 LLB Honours from the University of Birmingham in 2015 and in the same year joined Wilkin Chapman as a paralegal in the commercial property department.

She commenced her training contract in 2018 whilst studying the LPC part time, which she passed with a distinction and won an award for the highest achieving performer in her cohort. Hannah qualified as a solicitor in the dispute resolution team in October 2020. Outside of work, Hannah held the position of Vice President of the Junior Lincolnshire Lawyers Division from 2018-2021 and currently is a director of a multi academy trust.

Hannah deals with a variety of commercial litigation disputes including: business and shareholder disputes, tax disputes, contract disputes and consumer and sale of goods disputes.

She has also developed a specialism in property litigation matters, with a particular focus on cases for housebuilders, developer clients, and privately owned estates. She advises upon commercial landlord and tenant matters, including breach of lease covenants, forfeiture and the recovery of service charges and rent arrears.

Hannah identifies clients aims and is pragmatic in her approach in providing commercial, technical and strategic advice in order to resolve disputes in the most cost-efficient manner.
