We’ve officially moved into our newly-built office suite on Fairfield Industrial Estate in Louth - and we’re thrilled to support local businesses and residents with this major investment.

The move is an ambitious one but it’s crucial to ensure the very best legal support for the town and surrounding areas, especially with many high street names being forced to close their doors due to the ongoing cost of living crisis.

By combining the shared knowledge and expertise of seven separate teams from two Wilkin Chapman offices at our newly-built base in Louth, we’re ensuring that businesses and residents in need of critical legal assistance can enjoy a seamless service that’s virtually on their doorstep.

Space to grow as we bolster local businesses

The sleek new building, called Oxley House, is a £1.8m headquarters we occupy with the site’s owners, business advice and accountancy firm Duncan & Toplis. Teams which are now based in our new Louth office are:

Colleagues from other departments regularly visit and we operate as a united team, so we can unlock specialist expert in any area to help you, however precise or obscure your problem may be.

Our new Wolds team

Between the team that now call Oxley House home, our 19-strong line-up has the benefit of over 405 years of shared experience - which means they’re prepared for anything.

As head of the office as well as domestic property, I work with partners:

Of course, we can’t forget our domestic property consultant, Rupert Houltby.
