About Claire

Claire joined the firm in 1989 and qualified as a solicitor in 1997 having achieved a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course.

Claire is a Partner and is Head of our Moving Home (Domestic Property) Department, advising clients on moving house and commercial property. She also heads our Wolds office in Louth.

With 30 years experience in dealing with property transactions, Claire is able to advise on all aspects of property transactions including unregistered land and Land Registry issues, leasehold property and new build transactions. She advises on complex legal titles and has a specialism in dealing with buy to let transactions, and deals with hundreds of property transactions in any year.

Claire assists clients with commercial property transactions (including leases and business property sales and purchases).

She is a Trustee and Secretary for Age UK Lindsey and a Governor of the local primary school.
