Jim Judge is a partner within the Wills, estates, tax & trusts team based in our Louth office.
He has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with clients when making their Wills, planning their estates and administering the estates of deceased persons. He has dealt with estates containing high-net-worth assets such as business property and private company shares, agricultural property and farms.
Jim advises on inheritance tax in respect of lifetime giving and deceased persons estates. He also deals with the creation and administration of trusts for inheritance tax planning. He acts as a Court of Protection appointed Deputy for clients and makes applications on behalf of clients for lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection orders and statutory Wills.
Jim is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
