We have welcomed a new partner to our firm. Caroline Neadley, an experienced employment law specialist, will strengthen our growing team.
Caroline has 22 years of experience in law working across a wide range of sectors, including food, education and public sector employment. She deals with all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, and senior executive service agreements.
Caroline joins the team of 10 employment law specialists based across our firm’s offices in Grimsby, Lincoln, and Beverley. As a partner, she will work closely with our head of employment, Oliver Tasker.

Caroline has a degree in law from Sheffield Hallam University and undertook her Legal Practice Course at the York College of Law. She has over two decades of experience in practising law with a keen awareness of the complex challenges that can arise in employment law. Previously, Caroline worked as a partner at in a large commercial law firm in Hull. She will be based at our Grimsby office but will work closely with the growing team around Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire.
