About Lucy

Lucy joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She graduated from Hull University and went on to do the Diploma In Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York which she completed with distinction.

Lucy is a Partner and works within the wills, estates, tax and trusts department at our Louth office. Her main areas of work include wills, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax planning. She also deals with lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and provides advice regarding the payment of care home fees.

Lucy is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, which is a national organisation whose members are able to demonstrate expertise in elderly client issues.
