Nikki Hawkins

Nikki qualified as a solicitor in 2008 following a two year training contract with the firm. She became a Senior Solicitor in the our commercial property department in 2012 and August 2016 became a partner in the firm.

Nikki graduated from Warwick University in 2005 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Law and Business Studies and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Leeds in 2006.

She currently deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including; advice to landlords and tenants on commercial leases, sales and purchases of freehold properties, advice and assistance to commercial lenders and developers and negotiating and securing property option agreements. This can include things such as leases of industrial units, dealing with shop lettings and general retail transactions, buying and selling cafés, bars, pubs and restaurants and granting commercial licences and tenancies.
