I was very impressed by the service received. Wills individually discussed and signed in 3 days though was offered next day! I have not used a solicitor for many years (last will 1989, house purchase 1996 and father in law probate 2004) all were satisfactory at the time but we wanted to choose someone new based (1.) on qualification/expertise, (2.) easy to reach location.
Lucy Butterfint was easy to talk to and she answered all my questions.
I did not expect to change anything we had requested, however the night before signing the will, decided to add a legacy, if possible, and although it was all prepared I was pleasantly surprised it could be altered straight away so no delay signing on day.
"Lucy Butterfint was prompt, courteous and thorough in her dealing with my will and in answering my questions and clear in her explanations. It was a pleasure..."
