Our team at this year’s Driffield Show turned to floral arranging, producing some wonderful hand-made button holes to sell to visitors at the show.

With the Agriculture sector as one of the firm’s areas of specialist expertise, we are an annual visitor to the popular East Yorkshire show, and this year had a presence on the edge of the main show ring – welcoming a whole host of guests, while raising money for an extremely worthy cause.
Producing floral button holes from wildflowers picked in their gardens and corn donated by farmers, the team raised £100 for the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution, (R.A.B.I.), from their sale.
“This has to be our most successful and busiest Driffield Show yet. With wonderful weather, we had the chance to speak to our valued existing clients and other visitors. And, of course, we thank all of those who contributed to our fund-raising, what a great day,” said Catherine.
“There are many issues being faced by those working within agriculture and having a presence such as this at the show, reinforces our commitment and support for the future growth and success of the sector in a whole variety of legal areas,” she added.
Amy Slocombe-Smith said: “The show is a real celebration of East Yorkshire’s rich agricultural history and we were delighted to see so many people, to say hello but also to discuss some of the issues facing the sector today.”
The money raised was presented to Sally Conner, R.A.B.I.’s regional manager for the North East.
