Jennifer obtained a law degree from the University of Salford, graduating in 2013. She then went on to complete the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) in 2016.
She is now in the process of completing Joint Insolvency Examinations Board qualification (JIEB), with a view to becoming a qualified insolvency practitioner.
Jennifer has worked in the insolvency industry for over 10 years, gaining valuable experience in both personal and corporate insolvency matters.
Key specialisms
She deals with the day-to-day aspects of insolvency matters with a particular focus on investigating the insolvent party’s affairs, realising assets, and pursuing claims for the benefit of the insolvent estate.
She has worked on a wide variety of cases with some relatively high-profile clients. Her experience includes:
Pursuing complex claims in respect of antecedent transactions (transactions at undervalue, preferences and transactions defrauding creditors, to name a few)
Continuing to trade a business in liquidation to preserve its assets
The management and disposal of a large multi-million-pound property portfolio
