Felicia Linch is a senior associate in the regulatory and public law team based in our Lincoln office.
She previously worked as a non-practising barrister, before completing the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test to qualify as a solicitor. She also possesses 18 years of experience in management consultancy.
Felicia specialised in change, transformation, and governance - leading several large-scale public sector transformation and reform programmes, particularly in the overseas territories. She was also the lead governance advisor for several overseas territories, reporting to the National Government and the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Her work as a regulatory solicitor now sees her advising organisations in their most critical moments. From risks concerning internal policies like bribery or whistleblowing to developing robust sustainability strategies that go beyond ESG reporting, Felicia helps businesses with corporate governance and their environmental and social impact.

Corporate governance
She regularly helps organisations to assess and improve their corporate governance. Felicia takes a transformational governance approach, which combines traditional corporate governance practices with sustainable strategies.
She most often works with organisations when there’s a change of strategy and a clear need to ensure that the governance structures will enable the organisation to deliver on that strategy or where there are critical reputational and legal risks. Her work typically involves advising on risks and recommending strategies to avert and mitigate such risks, as well as conducting governance reviews and providing implementation support on her recommendations for improvement (such as aligning policies and procedures. She also provides support in the development of enabling board behaviours and a strong organisational culture to help organisations govern for a sustainable future.
ESG and sustainability
Felicia assists organisations in understanding their reporting requirements concerning their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities. She often goes beyond basic reporting requirements, to look at the business’s impact in terms of sustainability including the impact on people, the planet, and profit.
She helps conduct materiality assessments and supports the implementation of measurement frameworks such as the Global Risk Initiative (GRI), B Corp certification and other sustainability standards.
Policy development
Using her extensive experience in legislative drafting and developing national policies, Felicia is highly skilled in developing bespoke internal business policies for public, private, and third-sector organisations.
She helps to develop internal policies to support laws and regulations. Common yet complex policies she has developed include anti-bribery and corruption, modern slavery, and whistleblowing.
Memberships and voluntary work
Felicia has several non-legal accreditations. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and a certified HR practitioner (MCIPD). She also has an EMCC Individual Coach accreditation as well as an Individual Team Coaching accreditation.
In her own time, Felicia supports the Middle World Farm – a community support, organic farm based in Lincoln.
