About Daniel

Daniel is a chartered legal executive within the Wills, estates, tax and trusts team based in our Beverley office.

He deals with the majority of services offered by the Wills and probate department including advising clients on and drafting of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship and Court of Protection applications. Daniel also advises clients on and undertakes work in relation to the administration of testate and intestate estates, gifts and care fee planning.

Daniel joined Wilkin Chapman's probate team in 2009 as a Trainee Legal Executive and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017.
