Sue Else is the firm’s director of finance. She has over 35 years of experience working in finance for a variety of sectors, including banking, manufacturing, and legal.
She is responsible for the firm’s overall finance strategy ensuring the firm retains financial control. Turning data into information, she supports partners and staff by supplying the relevant information, measurements, and investments they need to understand the business and enable its continued growth. She leads and motivates the finance team to ensure outstanding services are delivered to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Sue is a qualified management accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA; CGMA). She has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. In addition to her work at Wilkin Chapman, Sue is also a volunteer trustee and finance director for Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre Charity, a hub which provides the rural community with access to arts, libraries, and heritage exhibitions.
