Lois Gorry is the firm’s director of human resources. Over the past 28 years, she has worked with a wide range of private sector and not-for-profit organisations, including global finance, logistics, manufacturing, accounting, social housing, and law. She has an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a chartered fellow of the CIPD.
Her work sees her take overall responsibility for our people strategy, as well as all HR activities and initiatives across the firm. She is also a member of the firm’s Environment Social and Governance (ESG) strategy board, working to deliver environmental goals. She believes in creating an inclusive environment, enabling department leaders to develop and empower high-performing teams to deliver our corporate strategy and ambitious growth plans.
As part of her role, Lois works closely with the HR team to attract the best talent to the firm, creating an environment for our people to thrive and grow their careers, and engaging with local communities and educational institutions to connect and create opportunities for future generations.
