About Jo

Jo is a property executive and conveyancer in our busy Grimsby-based moving home team.

With over 9 years of conveyancing experience, Jo deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold/leasehold, sales and purchases.

Jo also deals with matters on new builds with particular experience in Help to Buy, re-mortgages/legal charges, transfers of equity, assents, and freehold reversions/lease extensions.

Jo worked as a property executive within the Wilkin Chapman domestic property team in Cleethorpes from 2004-2010, and returned to join the Grimsby team in 2015.
