Gemma Clark is a solicitor in the commercial property team based in our Grimsby office.
Gemma qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2010, having joined the firm in 2003.
Gemma supports partner, Rachael Dicken, in leading the successful and dynamic housebuilder team that sits within the department. With an established background in residential property Gemma is able to assist and deal with preliminary site set up matters right through to onward plot sales for developer clients and can also act for purchasers on a preferred plot purchaser panel basis.
Gemma acts for a number of registered providers when they wish to sell or grant shared ownership leases of their existing or new build properties and also often deals with re-sales and staircasing transactions on their behalf.
