About Benna

Benna is a chartered legal executive within the Wills, estates, tax and trusts team based in our Grimsby office. Specialising in lasting powers of attorney, administration of estates, and court of protection matters.

Joining Wilkin Chapman in 1987 as an office junior, Benna passed her CILEx exams whilst working as an assistant in the probate team, became a Fellow in 2000, and a Chartered Legal Executive in 2002. She has over 25 years experience within the private client team.
