Our specialist credit union recoveries team works with both employer-based and community-based credit unions across the UK, primarily dealing with recovery of secured and unsecured lending products including personal loans, motor finance loans and secured loans on property.
We work with each Credit Union to develop a recovery strategy that complements your internal processes. We promote engagement with your customers to arrange affordable and sustainable payment arrangements. These arrangements are monitored using the latest technology to ensure prompt payment and minimise default rates.
When payment arrangements are not achievable, we work closely with you to assess to commercial viability of legal proceedings, and to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective enforcement method.

All clients have access to our “Client on-line” facility which allows you to access all your accounts, track progress and review all transactions. We work with clients to develop bespoke management information that is relevant to your reporting requirements.
