Stephen Watson is a senior associate in the conveyancing team based in our Grimsby office.
Stephen studied law at the University of York, before completing his Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law York. He then went on to complete his training contract before qualifying in 2016.
Key specialisms
Stephen assists clients with sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold residential property. In particular, he has experience in the purchase of new build freehold plot purchases, having previously acted on the panel for various local and national developers.
He understands the stresses that can be caused during residential property transactions so aims to provide the client with an efficient and personable service to ensure transactions are as stress-free as possible. He looks to work closely with solicitors, estate agents, and brokers to brings transactions to a successful conclusion.
