Sarah is a solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial law at Wilkin Chapman's Beverley office.

Sarah has extensive knowledge of the day to day requirements of owner-managed businesses, which allows her to deliver helpful solutions aimed at increasing value and sustainability.

Sarah has experience dealing with corporate and commercial matters involving;

  • company incorporation
  • commercial contracts
  • mergers and acquisitions
  • business succession planning
  • corporate restructure, and
  • finance and intellectual property

She has also had significant involvement with the caravan and holiday park industry, assisting park owners with a range of matters from set up, day to day running, sales and acquisitions, and succession planning.

Sarah graduated with an LLB in Law from the University of Hull (2012), received a distinction in her LPC in 2013 from the University of Law, and completed a training contract at a law firm in Hull before qualifying and joining Wilkin Chapman in 2018.
