Robert is a personal injury claims executive/team leader for one of the Ministry Of Justice (MOJ) portal teams within the personal injury department at Lincoln.

Robert deals with predominantly employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accidents where liability has been admitted, through to settlement, via the MOJ Portal with a value of up to £25,000.

Robert also has experience in dealing with cases where liability is admitted outside of the MOJ portal and cases where liability is denied. He has also assisted senior colleagues in taking cases to court.
