About Richard

Richard Brown is a senior associate in the conveyancing team based in our Louth office.

With over 20 years of experience in residential property matters, Richard started working in conveyancing in 1991 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2001. He joined Wilkin Chapman in March 2014.

Based at the Firm's Louth office, Richard deals with domestic house sales and purchases, transfers of property, and re-mortgaging. He also has considerable experience in dealing with housing association shared ownership transactions and the Government's 'help to buy' schemes.
