Rachel graduated from the University of Hull with a 2:1 law degree - LLB (Hons). She completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York, attaining a distinction.

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in January 2015. Prior to joining Wilkin Chapman, she worked for the Queensland Government, Australia, for the Department of Justice and Attorney General. 

She deals with a range of commercial property matters and is part of our busy, Beverley-based commercial property team. Rachel has particular specialisms in:

  • Leases - Acting for both Landlord and Tenant
  • Sales and Purchases of Commercial Property
  • Overage Agreements
  • Option Agreements Purchases and Sales of land
  • Re-Financing
  • Acting for Developers
