Rachel solely deals with employment law and her day to day duties are to assist both individuals and businesses on a whole range of employment law issues. She regularly advises clients in relation to Employment Tribunal claims, and provides practical advice in respect disciplinary and grievance issues. Rachel also regularly drafts contracts of employment, policies and procedures and settlement agreements for business clients.
Rachel is also able to provide practical, HR support on a range of issues such as investigations, advising in relation to disciplinary and grievance procedures and also able to provide on-site support.
Rachel holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management, CILEx Diploma in Law and Practice, and CLT Employment Specialist Paralegal Qualification.
