Michele Wightman is a partner within the Wills, estates, tax and trusts team based in our Lincoln office.
Michele is a partner in the Lincoln office, helping clients in ordering their affairs to minimize the impact of capital taxes and charges for residential care. This may include clients with business assets or farms. She can also assist with issues regarding the elderly including the preparation of lasting powers of attorney.
In addition, she has a management role, assisting with the running of the Lincoln private client team. Offering support, mentoring and advice for the wider team.
Michele is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). This is a worldwide professional body which promotes high professional standards and education for all its members. Becoming a full STEP member is a benchmark many solicitors aim to achieve.
Michele takes an active role in her community as a trustee of the South Yorkshire Community Foundation and of both Sheffcare and Taptonholme which run care homes in Sheffield. She also sits on the Rotherham Grant panel which meets once a month.
