Louisa qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and practices in the field of Military Personal Injury. Over the years Louisa has successfully represented hundreds of service personnel in all three services and has achieved settlements in excess of six figures in many cases.

She has a unique understanding of the issues faced by service personnel following an injury and has a down-to-earth and approachable manner. She is a strong negotiator and fights to obtain maximum damages for all her clients as well as ensuring they receive the best rehabilitation required to rebuild and shape their lives after injury.

Louisa has a solid background and extensive experience in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence involving weather injuries such as Non freezing cold injuries (NFCI) and heat illness, Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), training accidents, defective work equipment and kit failures, Military medical negligence for delay in diagnosing and treating serious health conditions, failures to downgrade, failures to adhere to downgrade status, amputation, psychiatric illness such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), military road traffic accidents and injuries sustained off service.

Louisa is specialised and has developed a strong, niche practice in bullying, harassment and sexual assault cases for members of the Armed Forces. Louisa can also assist and advise on the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and Appeals. In addition Louisa manages high value civilian personal injury claims, and is specialist in complex and serious injuries including head, brain, spinal cord injuries and orthopedic injuries.
