Laura is an employment solicitor, based in our busy Lincoln office.
Laura helps clients manage and resolve employment issues with a balance of commercial sensitivity and tact.
Laura offers practical in-house experience, having completed a six month client secondment. Laura uses this perspective to give pragmatic advice on a full range of employment work, including tribunal claims, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements as well as day-to-day advice on employment issues.
Graduating from the University of Reading in 2008 with an LLB (honours), Laura gained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course in 2010. She trained and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 at a major international law firm in Birmingham before returning to her home county of Lincolnshire and joining Wilkin Chapman in 2016.
Laura has a special interest in agricultural employment matters and is a member of the management committee for the Lincolnshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs.
