Kelsey Jerrard is a solicitor in the corporate and commercial team based in our Grimsby office.
She graduated from the University of Lincoln in June 2017 with a first class honours degree in LLB Law and obtained a distinction on the LLM (LPC plus masters) which she studied at BPP Law School in Leeds.
Kelsey assists the corporate and commercial team by providing extensive support on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, due diligence and post completion matters. She also undertakes legal research alongside dealing with matters relating to intellectual property law.
