Katherine Marshall is a solicitor within the disputes resolution team in our Lincoln and Horncastle offices.

Katherine has recently completed the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists course to further develop her skills in this specialist area and has experience of dealing with a range of claims since qualifying as a solicitor in 2009.

Katherine’s experience includes acting on behalf of executors, beneficiaries and disappointed beneficiaries in a range of contentious trusts and probate work including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, challenging the validity of wills, rectification of wills, claims against solicitors for the negligent preparation of wills and removal of trustees and executors.

She deals with a broad range of work types ranging from smaller estates to more valuable and complex estates involving multi-parties disputes.
