Katarzyna Ulfig is a solicitor within the commercial property department at our Lincoln office.
After obtaining a masters degree in law in Poland, she completed the GDL course at the University of Lincoln before working hard to earn a distinction from the LPC at Manchester BPP Law School. Throughout her training contract, Katarzyna gained valuable experience in both commercial and residential property matters.
Katarzyna can assist with commercial property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and acquisitions of whole and part; and commercial landlord and tenant matters. She also has experience in drafting option agreements, deed of variations, investigating complex registered and unregistered titles.
