Jonathan Hyldon



Jonathan graduated from the University of Hull in 1998, with a BA (Hons) in history and politics. He completed his Legal Practice Certificate in 2000, and qualified as a solicitor in 2002.

Jonathan is an experienced licensing lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in both alcohol and gambling law throughout England, Wales & Scotland. He has developed excellent advocacy skills whilst representing clients before Committees, Licensing Boards, Magistrates and the Crown Court. He has strong written skills, having prepared complex legal advices and arguments. He also has excellent communication skills, having built up a number of strong client relationships, and has extensive research expertise.

Jonathan also specialises in commercial property, regulatory law representing and advising clients in both health & safety and food safety prosecutions together with planning law.
