James Lloyd



James is a partner within our agriculture department and has over 15 years' experience in dealing with agricultural property matters.

James mostly deals with complex farming property matters involving partitions and holdings adjustments for tax planning and succession (including Agricultural Holdings Act successions), agricultural tenancy issues, commercial property development projects including options for lease and purchase, and joint ventures.

He is particularly recognised for his expertise in these relating to renewables projects, especially wind farms and solar parks on which he has dealt with a considerable number of projects over several years. James also deals with farming partnership issues including setting up new partnerships, adjustments, dissolution and partition.
