Jade currently works as a paralegal within Wilkin Chapman's thriving personal injury team.
Jade deals with mainly Ministry of Justice portal claims, which are mainly admitted claims that proceed without the need for litigation and are under the value of £25,000.
Jade deals with clients or their litigation friend (in the case of child claims) on a day to day basis, taking their instructions and advising on their claim and the procedures involved with each step of the process.
Jade's role also includes drafting documents to clients and internal and external parties such as the Court, counsel and third party insurance providers.
She graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Law Degree in 2014.
