Imogen qualified in 2007 following a two year training contract with the firm. She is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Imogen works in the Private Client team at the firm's Lincoln office and currently deals with a wide range of private client matters including estate and succession planning, wills and trusts – with particular reference to inheritance tax planning and making provision for families with disabilities, estate administration and mental incapacity. She also has considerable experience in providing advice around care provision and funding
She graduated from University College London in 1997 and went on to work for the Legal Aid Board, CGU, Headway and LogicaCMG in various roles. She completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law Birmingham in 2004 and was awarded Law Society and College of Law prizes for her achievements on the course.
Imogen is currently a member of the STEP Mental Capacity Specialist Interest Group and the Law Society Private Client Section. She is also working towards the ACTAPS qualification in order to become an accredited member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
