With 11 years experience, Imogen is a Partner within the Private Client team in Lincoln.
Imogen deals with a wide range of private client matters including estate and succession planning, wills and trusts – with particular reference to inheritance tax planning and making provision for families with disabilities, estate administration and mental incapacity. She also has considerable experience in providing advice around care provision and funding.
Imogen graduated from University College London in 1997 and went on to work for the Legal Aid Board, CGU, Headway and LogicaCMG in various roles. She completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The College of Law Birmingham in 2004 and was awarded Law Society and College of Law prizes for her achievements on the course.
Joining Wilkin Chapman as a trainee in 2005, Imogen qualified as a solicitor in 2007, undertaking seats in the personal injury, disputes and litigation, and private client teams. She was promoted to Partner in 2015.
Imogen passed the STEP qualification with distinction, received her ACTAPS qualification in 2016 which makes her an accredited member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, and is currently a member of the Mental Capacity and the Contentious Trusts and Estates STEP Special Interest Groups.
