About Holly

Holly Hilton is a solicitor within the corporate and commercial department based at our Grimsby office.

She graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2018 with a First Class LLB (Honors) Law with Criminology and also completed a Legal Practice Course in 2019 at the University of Sheffield.

Holly works on a full range of corporate and commercial issues including company sales and purchases, MBOs, MBIs, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, commercial contracts and IP Law.
