George Coyle is a consultant within the dispute resolution team based in Beverley.
George is one of the leading commercial dispute resolution lawyers in Yorkshire. He joined the firm in May 2021 from another East Yorkshire firm having been a partner in their commercial dispute resolution team for 32 years.
Over the years he has gained substantial experience in assisting commercial clients deal with the wide variety of legal challenges that commercial life throws at them including; warranty claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, contract and product liability claims. George also has substantial experience of successfully defending commercial clients when they are the subject of investigation and prosecution by Regulatory Authorities.
George's work has resulted in him being highly ranked by the leading legal directories, Chambers UK and The Legal 500. In 2021 he also received the accolade of being named a Thomson Reuters “Acritas Star” having been nominated by the in-house legal Counsel as an “outstanding” lawyer.
Outside of work his interests are, history, current affairs, but mainly the fortunes of Celtic F.C.! He also plays golf and enjoys ski-ing.
