Clare joined Wilkin Chapman in January 2019 is a solicitor within our Probate department.

Working from our Lincoln office, Clare carries out work for Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship.

Clare graduated as the top student in her class from Nottingham Law School with a 1st class honours degree in 2014. She then graduated with a LPC LL.M with Distinction in 2015.

Clare started a training contract in Stamford and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. During this time she worked in Private Client matters, Residential Conveyancing, Property Disputes including attendance at Land Tribunal, contentious matters including contentious Wills and Probate.

She was appointed as the Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer for her previous firm implementing changes in new legislation.
