Caitlin graduated from the University of Warwick in 2012 with a 2:1 BA (hons) degree in History, and stayed at Warwick to complete an MA in 2013.
Caitlin subsequently undertook the law conversion course and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Leeds. She qualified in 2018, spending two years at a solicitors firm in East Yorkshire, where she dealt with a variety of commercial property matters.
A keen horsewoman, skier and runner, Caitlin completed the London Marathon in 2018.
