About Andrew

Andrew Holt is a partner in the dispute resolution team based at our Lincoln office.

Andrew has over 33 years' litigation experience having joined Wilkin Chapman in 1989. Throughout his time at the firm, he has worked at many of our offices throughout the region.

Andrew has substantial expertise in commercial litigation, with particular specialism in the agriculture, food, renewables, and alternative technologies sectors. His work ranges from judicial review, planning, village green registration, noise nuisance, breach of contract, and financial products and has dealt with a number of complex partnership disputes and breach of contract claims.

He also has a broad range of experience relating to professional negligence, being claims against solicitors, accountants, land agents and agronomists.

Andrew leads and coordinates the firm's representation of the National Farmers Union's legal assistance scheme, where Wilkin Chapman is the regional panel solicitors for Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. First appointed to the National Farmers Union's panel in 2008, Wilkin Chapman is proud to have represented its members locally and nationally for the last 14 years.
