Alan Duckworth is a senior associate in the conveyancing team based in our Louth office.

Alan deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing work. He has over 30 years of experience dealing with:

Alan joined Wilkin Chapman's domestic property department in 2016. He has worked previously for 25 years, at a large national Firm and a smaller specialist Firm, specialising in conveyancing and dealing with shared ownership conveyancing, auctions, repossession and Order for Sale conveyancing, Buy to Let, mortgage work, Law of Property Act Receiver work, and leasehold property.
