Adam obtained an MA (Law) degree from Sheffield University and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. He specialises in insolvency and related matters.
He advises and acts for creditors, insolvency practitioners and debtors in respect of both personal and corporate insolvencies. He acts for a number of insolvency practitioners in relation to all aspects of administrations, liquidations, CVA and personal insolvency proceedings including the commencement of formal insolvencies, the realisation of assets, antecedent transactions, misfeasance claims and the review and recission or annulment of previous orders made.
He is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and the Insolvency Lawyers Association.
