Victoria is a Chartered Legal Executive within the domestic property team in Lincoln, with over 18 years' experience in dealing with residential property matters.
Victoria acts for landlords or investor purchasers or companies. She has expertise and knowledge on the legal requirements of owning student housing and ensuring the House in Multiple Occupation (HMO Licences) and Planning Consents are in place.
She also deals with plot sales, with multiple site sales ongoing. She has dealt with new build plot sites ranging from 4 plots to 100's. Victoria has represented clients across the residential property market in excess of 10 years. Other work includes;
re-financing of buy to let properties which incorporate corporate clients.
Residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages (some being high value transactions).
Joining Wilkin Chapman in 1999, Victoria started as a legal assistant within the residential property team. She became a trainee legal executive in 2000 and moved to the commercial property team in 2002. Passing her CILEx exams in 2005, Victoria became a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007 and brings over 10 years experience in residential property.
