About Tracy

Tracy is an employment adviser within the Grimsby employment team.

Tracy has been with the firm since 2000, qualifying as a specialist employment paralegal in 2009. She provides a complete HR support and legal advice service to a wide range of employer clients providing day-to-day advice on all disciplinary, grievance, ill health and competency issues, drafting and advising in relation to contract of employment, policies and procedures, redundancy consultation exercises and all aspects of recruitment and termination.

Tracy regularly attends client premises to provide hands on HR support in terms of investigations, taking witness statements and advising or chairing disciplinary, grievance and appeals hearings. She also prepares detailed tribunal responses for employers, negotiates settlements through ACAS and prepares all documents and statements for tribunal hearings.
