Sarah Elizabeth Kemp is a partner in the corporate and commercial team, as well as head of our tourism and leisure sector, based at our Beverley office.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2015, she has extensive experience of dealing with owner-managed businesses, which allows her to deliver helpful solutions aimed at increasing value and sustainability.
Shortlisted for LawNet’s Young Lawyer of the Year Award in 2016, she provides first-class advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. Her work frequently includes company incorporation, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, corporate restructures, finance, and protection or assignment of intellectual property.

Holiday Parks
Leading our tourism and leisure sector services, Sarah has significant knowledge and expertise in advising the caravan and holiday park industry. She regularly assists park owners with a range of matters including set up, development, day to day running, sales and acquisitions, and succession planning.
Having worked with owners of holiday parks for many years and having grown up within the industry, Sarah has a comprehensive understanding of the intrinsic issues of owning and operating a holiday park and the unique challenges that come with it.

From large corporate transactions with individual values up to £120 million, to helping new business owners start their ventures from a position of strength, Sarah has experience advising a wide range of clients. This includes clients from a multitude of sectors, from multinational companies to owner managed businesses and SMEs.

Sarah understands the complexities involved in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements which include supply and purchase agreements, distribution, franchise, and agency agreements.

She provides focused and cost-effective solutions to help maximise the value and profitability of your business, for you and the future.
Voluntary work and memberships
Sarah is a director of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association, the national trade association for holiday park owners. She is also the chairman of its Yorkshire Coast branch, of which Wilkin Chapman is also an associate member.
