Paul Vincent

Paul is a Chartered Legal Executive within the domestic property team in Louth, specialising in unregistered land transactions, complicated titles, and trust property matters.

Paul has over 50 years experience in dealing with all aspects of property transactions, sales, purchases, enfranchisements of leaseholds, new leases, mortgages, and working for both corporate lenders and private.

Paul qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1975 and has worked for Wilkin Chapman for over 50 years. He also holds an Institute of Legal Executives diploma in conveyancing.
