About Nichola

Nichola Williamson is a paralegal within the dispute resolution department based in our Lincoln office.

She previously worked in our crime department having joined Wilkin Chapman in January 2004.

Niki qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative in February 2011. She continues to advise and represent anyone who is asked to attend interviews under caution by regulatory bodies including, but not restricted to, The Insolvency Service, Trading Standards and Health and Safety Executive.

Over the years she has amassed experience in representing defendants charged with serious offences such as rape, other sexual offences, high value theft and fraud, and many other offences faced by defendants in court and Courts Martial.

She works with the experts in our dispute team who are providing advice on:

  • Contractual disputes

  • Breach of contract

  • Misrepresentation

  • Unlawful team moves between competing employers

  • Breaches of restrictive covenants in employment contracts

  • Applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act

  • Prosecutions under the Protection from Eviction Act
