Louisa Shilleto is a senior associate in the insolvency team based in our Beverley office.
She deals with all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency claims, identifying recoveries to be made for the benefit of the insolvency estate.
In particular, Louisa deals with contentious insolvency litigation on behalf of insolvency practitioners in relation to claims such as possession and sale, misfeasance, preference and antecedent transactions. Louisa also deals with assisting office-holders investigations under sections 234, 236 and 366 Insolvency Act 1986.
Louisa gained her degree at Hull University in 2012. After graduating she moved to London to gain experience in a small private practice before returning back to East Yorkshire to qualify as a solicitor with Wilkin Chapman.
