Limara Rickell

Limara Rickell is a senior solicitor within the corporate and commercial department at our Lincoln office.

She completed a training contract at Wilkin Chapman in 2017 and spent several years working in the corporate department at a large international law firm, before returning to Wilkin Chapman.

Working closely with clients, she takes time to understand their business and how they operate, tailoring advice to their specific needs.

Limara’s able to advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Working across a broad range of sectors, in particular wholesaler services, agriculture, software and planning consultancy with a strong focus on achieving practical commercial outcomes.

Her corporate work includes:

- Group reorganisations

- She also provides advice on corporate governance and shareholder agreements

Her commercial work includes:

- Reviewing and drafting of terms and conditions

- Commercial agreements

- Matters in connection with trademarks

Limara takes an active role in supporting and providing training to start-up businesses and is involved with numerous local business projects.
